Massage therapy is a patient centered therapy & incorporating massage into your life can enhance your wellbeing in many ways. Remedial Massage can assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

Relaxation Massage promotes wellbeing, can help improve sleep, treat anxiety and tension, and enhance a range of systemic body functions such as circulation and general wellbeing.

At Boort Natural Therapies we provide Naturopathic Consultations individualised to your specific needs. Naturopathy is a holistic and evidence based approach to wellness and is based on treating the whole person, not just the affected area.

We take into consideration your dietary habits, nutritional deficiencies and imbalances to create individual nutrition plans, while providing education regarding food choices so that you can reach and maintain your optimal wellbeing goals.

Myofascial Release Therapy is a form of massage that focuses on the fascia and other connective tissues. The fascia is a thin, elastic connective tissue that wraps around most of the structures in the body, and when it tightens it can constrict muscles, reduce range of movement and cause pain. Myofascial Release Therapy employs sustained pressure to lengthen and loosen the tight fascia.

Myofascial Cupping is similar to Myofascial Release Therapy in that it targets the fascia and connective tissue, but the methodology is quite different. Myofascial Cupping Technique™ is unique in that it ‘lifts and separates’ soft tissue, known as negative or tensional pressure. It involves the gliding of negatively pressurised cups over the body with the assistance of massage cream and can be accompanied by joint mobilisation.
